Game Programmer Portfolio

You’ve stumbled upon the portfolio of Talha Soylu. Here you can view my resume, a few of my projects.

I am currently based in Istanbul, continuing to work on my personal projects. One of these projects is Rocket Upwards, which I am actively developing, and I have also decided to bring HazelHunt, a game initially created during a game jam, to mobile platforms. In 2021, while I was a second-year university student, I started working at Minerva Technology, where I played an active role in developing the game Braincraft, which includes numerous mini-games, as well as a similar educational game called Braincraft CSM Tests. In 2023, I completed my thesis and graduated with a 3.10 GPA in Computer Engineering by developing Outbreak Zone, an FPS game that allows weapon control without using a mouse, thanks to Face Tracker technology. The innovative Face Tracker solution in Outbreak Zone drew attention, and as a result, I had the opportunity to develop a demo for Eye Tracker applications during my internship at SmartICT. I am continuously working on improving my expertise in game programming and take great joy in solving the challenges that come my way.
